Romantic relationships are one of the most important part of life. The need for love is one of the basic human needs. So everyone is looking for a romantic partner. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of economic and non-economic factors on the preferences of youth in romantic relationships. In the study was made an analysis of economic and non-economic factors in the preferences of young people in a romantic relationship that affect the satisfaction with these relationships. The object of this research was youth aged between 18 and 29 years. This study is focused on romantic relationships. Data were obtained through the survey among young people. In the survey participated 458 respondents aged 18 to 29 years. However, only the 312 respondents were in romantic relationships. At the stage of questioning, we just cut out people without romantic relationships. We did not take into account past relationships, as if the couple broke up for some reason, the satisfaction of such relations would be extremely small or is absent altogether.
