Business-Coaching as a Main Tool for Managing Employees of Organizations

The research is devoted to the problem of cardinal changes in the human resources management of organizations in the recent times. The purpose of this research is to determine the importance of applying business-coaching as a tool for managing employees in the rapidly changing conditions. The research analyzed the development trend of business-coaching around the world. There is specified the elements of the system of business-coaching in the employees management of organizations. The system of personnel management of large, modern organizations is analyzed. An empirical research was conducted to determine the significance of the application of business-coaching in the personnel management system of organizations. Based on the results of the research, conclusions are formulated and developed the theoretical and practical recommendations for the personnel management system of the organization.
