Information and Reference System about Goods and Services

This study covers the development of the price search system for goods and services in real time within C2C-market. The platform allows users to create requests for necessary goods or services and receives answers from business representatives with information about price and availability. In the work, the methods of obtaining actual information by consumers and the main competitors realising them were investigated. The shortcomings and advantages of online store aggregators and the method used in work were covered also. The object of development is a software package for the search for goods and services, which provides a set of tools for interaction between consumers and business. The system is designed to shorten the time of searching for necessary goods and to involve in electronic commerce a business that does not possess or has underdeveloped channels of web-sales. This is especially important given the complexity of promoting an online store. The developed solution is a service that provides an API, a mobile and a web application with a graphical interface for interacting with users.
