The theme of this graduate work is “Optimal Control Problems in the Corrupted Hierachy System "Power-Society-Economy". “Power-Society-Economic” system was explored under this project both as for one-sector economic model and as for three-sector model. This work was complied to extend current “Power-Society-Economic” system for one-sector economic model and to extend task of power extent’s optimization by specific consumption’s criteria. Next goals were set during the research: 1. To study “Power-Society” models and classic Solow model, on which further researches are based, which are connected with economic macromodels’ building; 2. To study one-sector “Power-Society-Economic” system; 3. To describe equations, which are necessary to extend current “Power-Society-Economic” system; 4. To make a dynamic three-sector model of “Power-Society-Economic” system; 5. To get stationary value of capital-labor ratio; 6. To solve problem of specific per capita consumption optimization; 7. To get normal values of power accumulation and power extent, when per capita consumption is maximum. In the course of the work tasks like stationary value of capital-labor ratio finding were solved symbolically. Also power extent’s optimization in hierarchy task and task of optimal accumulation rate finding in stationary case by specific consumption’s criteria were formulated and solution algorithm in numerical form was offered. On the basis of this work and studies of a one-sector model of "power-society-economy", one should expect the conclusion that in the case of a multisector model the maximum specific consumption will occur if the amount of power in the hierarchy is not in the extreme range.
