Good Faith as a Principle of Contract Law

In the master's thesis the author analyzes the principle of good faith in contractual legal relationships, which is relevant for modern legal theory and court practice. Identification of the main peculiarities of good faith as a principle of contract law, as well as trends in applying this principle in the court practice is the main aim of the master`s thesis. There are considered approaches to the concept of good faith, correlation of good faith with other principles of civil law, the implementation of provisions including good faith at various stages of the contractual process, features and tendency in the interpretation and application of good faith.
