The purpose of the work is a sociological analysis of the practical experience of working with personnel. The object of the study in this case is the speaking staff of Company X, and subject - the motivation and satisfaction of employees of the company as a result of active behavior in the process of stimulation and motivation. As a methodological framework used Questionnaires and interview of employees.
