In this paper, the goal was to develop a model of the planning process in the operational and medium-term horizons for a company with a holding structure. Aris and Draw.io were chosen as tools for research. To achieve this goal, the first part of the work described the main conjuncture of the holding, its specificity and specificity. Then, the requirements and goals of automation of the planning process were described, which were needed during the modeling. In the second part of the work, the planning process was researched, as such. Processes were identified that imply the implementation of planning by the holding company "UDC". Each process was considered separately, taking into account the methodology that is embedded in the information system Infor ERP LN (MRP II). The following sections were devoted to the modeling of planning processes. The processes themselves were described using the Aris and DEM media. The algorithm for their implementation and application has also been described in the relevant sections and topics. As a result of the work done, the operational and medium-term planning processes for the holding company "ODK" were formulated and implemented, considering all requirements and wishes. The developed processes fully correspond to the tasks set and reflect the functionality that needed to be laid. It is important to note that the information systems used by Infor ERP LN and Infor BI, or rather their functionality, are perfectly suited to automating the planning of inter-plant cooperation.
