IPO Efficiency During Life-Cycle Stages

This work is devoted to the analysis and development of approaches to assessing the effectiveness of an IPO depending on the stage of the company's life cycle. The impact of the company's financial performance on the likelihood of a transition between the life-cycle stages is also considered. The paper examines works of foreign and Russian authors on the methods of determining the stages of life-cycle and analysis of the effectiveness of IPOs, describes the main financial determinants of the stages of the life cycle and the operational efficiency of companies after the IPO, an empirical study of the effectiveness of IPOs and the econometric analysis of financial determinants.
