Operational System Improvement Recommendations for VODOKANALSET Company in Modern Conditions

The main objective of this research is to elaborate recommendations for VODOKANALSET construction company to improve the functioning of its operational system. To attain this objective a set of tasks was accomplished, such as literature review of possible ways to improve construction companies’ operational system management and functioning, VODOKANALSET operational system diagnostics in order to reveal shortcomings in its functioning and proposition of solutions to these problems.
