Consolidation in the Global Alcohol Industry via Acquisitions after the 2008 Economic Crisis: the Case of AB InBev and SABMiller

The paper is dedicated to the research of consolidation in the alcohol industry by thу example of the biggest acquisition deal of 2016 year between AB InBev and of SABMiller. It has created the largest beer conglomerate in the world (one third of the market). This deal arises a question about the further way of doing business in brewery industry: will consolidation in the industry lead to creation of a monopoly in the end, or such event will not have a significant impact on the whole market.
