Development of Resource Supply System at "VNIPIneft"

In this paper is described the process of development and adaptation of resource supply system mathematical model. For assessment of human resources has been used the Belout's method. The model also include resource load and leader factor. As a result 5 projects of VNIPIneft company got all the resources to accomplish project effectively with any deficit.
