Transformation Integration Program Management in Mergers and Acquisitions

Despite of understanding in scientific literature of the need to use project&program approaches to managing integration,the issue of forming an integration model that draws attention to the factors which characterize mergers to determine the optimal way of integration,the principles of forming expectations and evaluating the results, hasn't been sufficiently investigated.The scientific novelty:integration factors characterizing mergers were identified,proposals for organizing integrations were developed taking into account goals and factors characterizing the conditions of integration.Object-integration processes aimed at achieving the strategy,ways to resolve critical situations.Subject-M&A transactions,difficulties which accompany integration.The purpose is to develop proposals about integration organizations with considering the goals and factors characterizing the conditions of integration.The thesis tasks include literature review the theme of post-merger integration,program&project approaches,identification,determination frequently appeared integration circumstances and features through questioning of respondents,a quantitative analysis the significant factors,a qualitative study of practices for solving and making decisions the integration issues and its consequences through interviews among the persons with experience in integration teams,formation recommendations which regard the selection of suitable management methods and decision-making principles during the integration period.
