The Budgetary Rights of Parliament in Russia

This paper investigates the budgetary rights of the Russian parliament. The history of their origin, the basis for regulating and organizing the powers of parliament in the process of reviewing and approving the budget are considered, as well as the legal means of parliamentary control.
