Aspects of Private-Public Partnership Agreements in Financial Law

Taking into account that Public-Private Partnership (PPP) is a new institution for the Russian legal system, many gaps and imperfections in the Russian statutes, related to PPP, can be found. The main goal of the research is to define the main problems of the Russian regulation of PPP, which lie in the field of financial law. The author will develop suggestions for improvement regulation of PPP in budgetary and tax law in the Russian Federation, using the comparative and economic methods. The improvement measures include amendments to the Budgetary Code of Russia and establishment of some new tax preferences for participants of PPP agreements.
