The subject of this study is the influence of program texts on the emergence and collapse of personalistic regimes. The program texts are texts, which the most important principles of the organization of the state of the new order are fixed. As a hypothesis, the idea was put forward that program texts influent to the regime. As a result of the analysis, the hypothesis was confirmed. Moreover, in those cases when the leader, for whatever reasons, departed from the principles enshrined in the program text, this only contributed to the fall of the regime in the long term.
