Prosecutor’s Supervision over the Enforcement of Legislation in the Field of Housing and Communal Services

Bachelor work is devoted to investigation of the prosecutor's supervision over observance of legislation in housing and communal sphere. The work attempts to determine the essence of prosecutorial supervision, identify features of the implementation of prosecutorial supervision over execution of legislation in the sphere of housing and communal services. The structure of undergraduate work is determined by the purpose and objectives of the study and presented by the introduction, three chapters divided into paragraphs, conclusion and bibliography list. The total amount of work - 61 pages. In the introduction the relevance of the topic is substantiated, the object and subject of research are defined, the purpose and the objectives, methodological, normative and empirical basis of the study are determined, the theoretical and practical significance are characterized, the structure of bachelor's thesis is determined. The first chapter of the work is devoted to the study of legal regulation of housing and communal services, the identification of features of subject and object of prosecutor's supervision over execution of legislation in the housing sphere. In the second chapter the author analyzes the state of legality in the housing and communal sector, the classification of offences committed in this field. In the third chapter the peculiarities of carrying out checks by bodies of prosecutor's office, measures of prosecutorial response to violations of legality in the sphere of housing and communal services are characterized. In conclusion the main findings obtained, as well as practical recommendations aimed at improving the legislation and practice of its application in the activities of bodies of Prosecutor's office.
