Designing of Innovation Activity at Russian Enterprises (on the Example of LLC “Mail.Ru”)

The project consists of the following parts: introduction, three chapters, conclusion, bibliography. The introduction describes the work, its relevance, aim, tasks, object, subject, metods of study, practical significance. The first chapter studies the notion of innovation, innovation activity, corporate innovation system and provides the examples of organization of innovation activity at enterprises. The second chapter is devoted to studying the corporate innovation system of LLC "Mail.Ru" and finding out problems in its functioning. The third chapter gives the description of the current instrument for generation ideas of company's clients, the results of the interview of the staff that uses this instrument, the description of the developed procedure and instrument for generation ideas of users of "Mail.Ru" products. The conclusion presents the findings and conclusions made in the course of work.
