In recent years the concept of Silk Road Economic Belt has become an increasingly important concern in the sphere of international relations. This concept has played a crucial role in the world economy. The Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) has received a large amount of attention among politicians and economists in the post-Soviet area. However, no study has been reported about the integration of the Silk Road and the EAEU. Scholars only concentrate on the description of the project and this organization (Lin, 2009; Schiff & Winters, 2003). The purpose of the study is to indicate which factors influence on the connection between the EAEU and the Silk Road. Evaluative, analytical methods including quantitative and qualitative data will be used in order to make a detailed study of the works of scholars, to identify and compare different points of view on the problem of influence the concept of New Silk Road on the EAEU. The research sheds light on perspectives of the connection between EAEU members and the realization of the Silk Road. In order to continue research on this theme it is essential to estimate the influence of cooperation between China and EAEU-members in social and cultural spheres.
