Client-server Application "Local Mini-maps"

Navigation during events or attempts to points of interest frequently becomes inconvenient. Organizers commonly using stands with printed maps or paper brochures. In the first case, users should search for a stand every time they trying to find itinerary, in the second case organizers should spend money for printing. The goal of this paper is to give an access to database of well-detailed interactive maps of events and points of interest using smartphone and update this database with new maps using web interface. Important part of this work is to choose development tools – as required to develop system with web application, mobile application and server, the goal of this work is to research of modern JavaScript technologies and possibilities of development full-fledged system using this programming language as main. The paper contains 29 pages, 4 chapters, 8 illustrations, 20 bibliography items. Keywords: geolocation, maps, events, JavaScript, Node.js, React, React Native, Redux, MongoDB
