Management of the Public Service System of the Russian Federation

The presented research justifies the need of establishing a special federal body for managing the Public Service System of the Russian Federation aimed at optimizing the structure of the system and eliminating redundant managerial competences assigned to various state authorities. The deficit of the researches in the respect of managing the Public Service System of the Russian Federation proves the relevance of the chosen subject. The main goal of the research is to suggest ways to enhance the managing of the Public Service System of the Russian Federation. The practical value of the research is in the possibility of using the recommendations developed as a continuation for studies related.
