The Problem of Social Dependency of Graduates of Orphanages

Orphans and children without parental care as a social community occupy a special place in the structure of socially unprotected categories of the population. This category of children need special attention and aid, they special social services because of their particular circumstances. The Russian government oriented to the development of social sphere and especially to the assistance of the most vulnerable part of the population.The State and society guarantee the maintenance, upbringing and education of orphans and children deprived of parental care, and encourage charitable activities to assist them. Government try to stimulate orphans to integrate into society, entering the labor market by implementing special adaptation programs, allocating and paying one-time allowances for employment or entering colleges and universities. The urgency of the problems of socialization and rehabilitation of children brought up in institutions for orphans and children in a difficult life situation is determined by the priorities of the state policy.
