Motivational Management of Personnel of LLC “Institute “Kirovvodoproekt” in Crisis Situation

Motivation of personnel at the enterprise is one of the most urgent problems, especially if the enterprise is in a crisis situation. Priorities and, as a consequence, the motives of each employee can change in one direction or another, so pre-crisis methods of motivating employees may stop working. In addition, the situation on the whole market, regardless of the industry, can cease to be stable. The design and exploration sphere for today both in the country, and in the Kirov region in particular is in a crisis situation. In addition, this sphere is practically not studied from the point of view of HR management, while it is one of the most important in the life of society. In the present bachelor thesis, an analysis of the main aspects and approaches to professional motivation, both theoretical and practical, as well as the motivation of employees in the crisis situation was made. Then, a research of the system of motivation of an enterprise of design and exploration type LLC "Institute" Kirovvodproekt "in the context of the pre-crisis and crisis situation was carried out. With the help of an empirical study of motivation and work satisfaction, the actual motives of the engineers - designers of the leading department of the enterprise - civil and industrial structures, as well as the degree of their satisfaction were revealed. Based on the results of the study, recommendations were formulated in order to improve the system of both material and non-material motivation. The key idea of the study is to identify the actual motives of employees in a crisis situation and develop recommendations for their satisfaction and, as a result, increase their professional motivation.
