Process of Company Reengineering Working in the Conditions of Unstable Marketing Position

The work has scientific and practical research format. The result is a new customer-oriented business model of company, which works in highly competitive market. To achieve this goal, a critical review of the literature necessary to study the terminology base, methodologies for evaluation and building of business models was conducted. 3 surveys and 3 unstructured interviews for the research of DIY market and the company operating in this market were conducted. Also, the desk research was performed, including processing of earlier obtained data, search of official statistics of the market, study of accounting documents of the company. Based on the results of the collected information, weak marketing position of the research object and need to carry out its restructuring are confirmed. Owing to aggregated information, business processes of the company were studied and modeled. The features of the organization were identified and a new model was proposed, taking into account the orientation on the target consumer.
