Logistics Service Improvement on the Case of the Trade Company Volvo Vostok

The aim of the qualifying paper is to improve the quality of logistics service of the company which operates in the truck market. In the paper theoretical and methodical bases of logistics service quality improvement and logistics service quality metrics are considered. Apart from that, the process of logistics service quality improvement is regulated. On the case of Russian division of the trade company operating in truck market number of activities for logistics service quality improvement was proposed. Among these activities there are inventory management improvement, introduction of digital signature. The economic effectiveness of suggested activities was calculated by using the strategic profit model.
