The master's dissertation is devoted to improving the methods of supply of industrial enterprise. This research has, on the one hand, a practice-oriented character, because it contains practical recommendations, detailed step-by-step instructions, as well as the results of approbation of the proposed methods of calculation using the example of a real enterprise, on the other hand, it has a scientific-research character because the modification of the calculation of the safety stock in conditions of dependent demand was proposed. The object of the research is the logistics system of an industrial enterprise. The subject of the research is the process of managing the supply of production. The purpose of the dissertation research is to develop methods for increasing the efficiency of supply of an industrial enterprise, taking into account specific factors for companies of this type. The master's dissertation consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion and a list of sources used. The scientific novelty of the dissertation is that for the calculation of the safety stock in the conditions of dependent demand suggested methods take into account reliability of supply and the possibility of changes in the production plan.
