Automation of Staff Training Processes on the Example of AO "Kaspersky Lab"

This work is about automation and reorganization of processes of training and development on the example of AO "Kaspersky Lab". The functions of the staff training and development department and its components are described in the work. The models describing the business processes before and after the implementation of the learning management system are constructed. The problems and criteria for selecting an information system are described on the basis of which the most suitable systems are analyzed, and the quality of the implemented system is assessed. The purpose of my work is to automate the processes of training and development in the "Kaspersky Lab" by implementing a learning management system. Tasks: -Analyze the current processes of training and development in Kaspersky Lab -Identify the problems associated with the current training processes in Kaspersky Lab -Analyze problems, describe the processes of training and development in the future -Analyze the current IT structure of the company, suggest possible options for information systems for implementation -Describe the processes of implementation of the training management system in Kaspersky Lab, problems and solutions Methodology: -Analysis. It is necessary to determine the problems and shortcomings of current business processes. -Modeling. It is necessary to describe future business processes, to look at the situation that we want to achieve. -Comparison. For comparisons it will be necessary to study the learning management systems. Comparison of strengths and weaknesses of different systems will serve as the determining factor for choosing the most appropriate training system. Results: -Identify the main problems associated with current business processes -Business needs are identified and criteria for selecting an information system are formed -Comparative analysis of systems is made. -Kaspersky Lab purchased a training module for the current HR system and started in the test mode
