Evaluation Institutes Import Prospects for Development of Human Capital from the EU to the EAEU

The analysis of existing institutions of human capital development in the European Union (EU) and the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) has been carried out. Particular attention is paid to the initiative to create a European Higher Education Area and Lifelong Learning in the EU. The calculation of the effectiveness of investments in vocational and higher education in the EU and in Russia has been carried out in order to compare the adequacy of existing human development institutions between the EU and the EAEU. The author has been analyzed the results. The state of the institutional sphere of the EAEU has been analyzed for the expediency of importing the institutions of human capital development from the EU. On the basis of the work done, conclusions are drawn about the prospects of importing institutions from the EU. The scientific novelty of the study consists in analyzing the latest relevant information about the institutions of human capital and conducting investment analysis of investments in education based on the latest statistical data.
