Graduate project with the topic “Improvement of Supply Processes of Wholesale Trade Enterprise (on the Example of LLC Stalker)” includes the introduction, analysis of the company's economic activities, the study of the theoretical foundations for improving supply processes, the practical application of improvement methods and conclusion. The purpose of this work is to improve the supply system of the wholesale enterprise LLC “Stalker”. The object of research work is the wholesale enterprise LLC “Stalker”. In this research the following main objectives are solved: 1. The actual organizational-economic analysis of logistic activity of the enterprise is carried out. Based on the analysis, key problems and solutions were identified by improving the supply of the company. 2. On the basis of the theoretical base, an algorithm was developed for reengineering the supply processes of LLC “Stalker”. 3. Measures were developed and economically justified to improve the supply of the company. This study is a self-completed qualifying project that contains a set of scientifically grounded organizational and economic proposals for improving the supply processes of LLC “Stalker”. Key words: procurement, procurement management, supplier management, improvement of supply processes, evaluation of economic efficiency.
