The Reasons for a Joint Venture Creation in the Banking Industry in Developing Countries and Potential Foreign Partner Selection Criteria

This paper derives and analyzes the possible joint venture formation motives and future partner selection criteria in developing markets in banking industry with the evidence from banking international joint ventures in China. The second part of practicle chapter analysis the possible connection between motives and criteria derived from the case studies.
