Methods and Models for the Selection of Logistics Outsourcing Strategies in Supply Chain Management

In this paper, the author discusses methods and models for selecting a logistics outsourcing strategy in supply chain management. The aim of the work is to develop methods and models of outsourcing of logistics processes in supply chains. To achieve the goal of this work were set that tasks: to review the basic concepts of outsourcing, its place and role in supply chain management; to review Russian and international practices of outsourcing in the field of logistics; to consider methods for assessing the effectiveness of outsourcing in supply chains; to consider the application of the algorithm for selecting a logistics outsourcing strategy; to carry out the analysis of outsourcing in supply chain management on the example of the freight-forwarding company "Module"; to develop measures to improve outsourcing in supply chain management by the example of the freight forwarding company "Module". As a result of the research, was developed a basic scheme for choosing a logistics strategy for outsourcing, determining the most efficient logistics provider and the volume of logistics services to transfer to it. However, this mechanism requires certain calculations and the use of economic and mathematical modeling tools. At the same time, the application of the model in the context of various situations was considered using the example of the FEC "Module". A typical situation was considered and a mathematical model was constructed on the basis of the theory of bimatrix games, the result of which was to obtain a set of certain optimal mixed strategies and an economic result obtained for each of the players-interacting enterprises.
