Abstract to masters dissertation Theme of dissertation: «Sales and Operations Planning. The Development of Integrated Planning Model of Finished Goods Inventory in Distribution Channels for Imported Goods and Raw Materials Inventory in Production and Finished Products in Distribution Channels Within the Make-to-stock Strategy for the Goods-substitutes. A Case of a Pharmaceutical Company (LLC "IRWIN 2")». Student: Kulakov Viacheslav Mikhailovich, group 152, Faculty of business and management, school of logistics. The scope of the thesis is 138 pages, containing 32 figures, 43 tables, 39 references, 3 appendices. The object of the dissertation is the system of integrated planning of stocks of the pharmaceutical company “IRWIN 2”. The dissertation consists of introduction, three main chapters and conclusion. The subject of the research is the development of integrated planning model of stocks for the pharmaceutical company. The first chapter contains the analysis of the company’s activities: economic activities, financial and logistics. The second chapter is consisted of conducted analysis of theoretical aspects and integrated planning techniques, including the methodology based on the sales and operations process and developed by the author for a wholesale trading company. The third chapter considers the description of the integrated planning model development for the pharmaceutical company and the effectiveness evaluation of the proposed model within the model of strategic profit. The conclusion contains proposals aimed at improving the efficiency of the company.
