Client Satisfaction as a Factor for the Development of the Tourist Industry in Bulgaria
The aim of this study is to identify factors influencing overall satisfaction of tourists, their intention to revisit and/or recommend the destination to others, as well as the development of proposals for further development of tourism in Bulgaria.

The object of research is Bulgaria as a tourist destination.

The subject of research is the satisfaction of Russian tourists to Bulgaria as a tourist destination.

According to the goals were set the following tasks:

• To define concepts such as inbound tourism, destination and udovletvorennost;

• Identify mechanisms of influence of tourism on the economy;

• Conduct literature review of approaches to studying and measuring tourist satisfaction with a destination;

• Identify the criteria and core components to assess the satisfaction of tourists destination;

• To develop a questionnaire based on the identified criteria for the survey of satisfaction of tourists Bulgaria.

• Collect data using the survey;

• Process the data received in the result of the survey of Russian tourists visited Bulgaria;

• Proizvezti analysis of the obtained results;

• Make recommendations for improving the satisfaction of tourists from Russia with the aim of development of inbound tourism.

Theoretical and methodological basis of research are works of domestic and foreign authors, regulatory documents, legislation, data from scientific magazines, the statistics of international organizations as well as statistical data obtained from local government tourism industry.

Student Theses at HSE must be completed in accordance with the University Rules and regulations specified by each educational programme.
