Logistics Service Quality Improvement On The Case of СJSC "FM LogisticVostok"

in the conditions of constantly growing competition, modern businesses are increasingly forced to create competitive advantage by focusing on their customers, their preferences and requirements. The ability to control the quality of logistics service enables companies to increase customer loyalty, expand market share and increase profitability. Topicality of this theme is related to the fact that the requirements of consumers of logistics services are growing from year to year, and preferences change according to changing needs. Today, the ability to provide logistics services of high quality is a non-price way to improve the competitiveness of any company. The purpose of this degree research is to improve the quality of logistics service of the company "FM logistic East" through the development and implementation of different improvements. The objects to improve are the operations of cargo handling of customer segment "cosmetics and perfume", on example of L'Oreal company. There are 17 improvements proposed in this degree reserach, and the procedure of quality assessment and continuous improvement of logistics service is developed.
