The Analysis of Regional Experience of Inculcation of Independent Estimation of Quality of Rendering of Services by Medical Organizations

The total size of this thesis is 163 pages. The paper contains 3 figures, 20 tables and has 8 annexes. 128 literature sources were used during research. In the introduction the relevance of the research objective is justified, object and subject of research are determinated, hypotheses are stated, and scientific elaboration of the problem, the methodological and empirical basis of the research are indicated. In the first Chapter author states the theoretical aspects of the medical care quality, shows the results of the comparative analysis of the medical services quality management models and provides the independent assessment of the medical services quality as an object of management analysis. In the second Chapter of the paper author analyzes the legal framework and organizational bases for the independent assessment of the quality of medical services in Russia; the existing regional practice of the independent assessment of the medical services quality as exemplified by of 6 regions of the Russian Federation (the Republic of Tatarstan Republic, the Republic of Chuvashia, the Nizhny Novgorod region, Tyumen region, Moscow region, Kurgan region) are studied, analyzed and described; the positive and negative aspects of the independent assessment of the medical services quality are determinated through the author's Desk study and sociological research based on the expert interviews method with 8 respondents, and the implementing system improvement recommendations are developed. This thesis statements were presented and discussed at the II Interuniversity Student conference "Management of sustainable development of territories", national research university "Higher school of Economics" (Moscow, 2017).
