Business modeling research has mainly a practical nature and represents cases of medium and large enterprises. Academic publications and monographs about the studying of family business are devoted to the differences between family companies from non-family, management features and decision-making systems in such firms, as well as issues of continuity. At the same time, in domestic and foreign literature, there aren`t enough studies or cases devoted to the correlation between management features and strategic decisions in family firms and the choice of a suitable business model, as the most modern approach to the perception of business. The purpose of this work is studying the current business model of «LLC Company EVRODEZ» with a view to developing recommendations for its improvement. The practical importance of this work is in the usefulness of its results for the head of «LLC Company EVRODEZ», as well as for drawing up the current picture of business for the successor.
