Living in the unstable world, companies are trying to survive by finding a balance between profit making, providing high-level services and growth of the business. In this master’s thesis, we will try to focus on the potential actions of international fashion companies to localize outsourcing of indirect materials' production, differentiating them and analyze the activities of the particular enterprise. International apparel companies will be able to create their own strategy by the example of others. The hypothesis of the research is “In management of local outsourcing of indirect materials production in retail, local outsourcing of indirect materials production in the international fashion industry has substantial differences”.
