Improving the Efficiency of Logistics of Manufacturing Enterprise

The theme of the dissertation research is «Improving the Efficiency of Logistics of Manufacturing Enterprise», the relevance of which is determined by the need for completeness and timely provision of a broad nomenclature of positions to the focus company's material resources. The purpose of the dissertation research is to determine the methodology for managing material flows in the production process, taking into account the specifics of the functioning of the enterprise, as well as developing innovative proposals for regulating issues related to the logistics of the company. In connection with the purpose of the research, the following tasks have been set: to review the existing methods of domestic and foreign researchers in logistics management at a manufacturing enterprise, highlighting the main economic aspects of inventory management; To develop a comprehensive methodology for inventory management at a small manufacturing enterprise; Consider the possibility of using outsourcing of non-key business processes; To test the presented algorithm for making decisions related to the management of logistics at a small manufacturing enterprise. The subject of this research work is to increase the efficiency of logistics management of a small manufacturing enterprise. In the role of the object of research is the process of movement of the material flow of a manufacturing enterprise that manufactures products "under the order", not serially. The scientific novelty of the dissertation work is to develop an integrated approach to solutions for the logistics component of a non-serial production enterprise. The practical importance of the study is the innovative proposals for applying the approach in the management of logistics at a small enterprise for the production of metal structures. In the future, such a technique can be applied to the calculation of logistics costs in a similar enterprise.
