Improvement of Distribution System on the Case of Philip Morris Sales and Marketing

The choice of the given topic is justified with current trends in the tobacco market: a transition to safer methods of tobacco consumption, an increase in excise taxes on cigarettes, and an increase in the share of sales of counterfeit goods in the Russian Federation, and moreover the emergence of new devices for tobacco consumption in a less harmful way. The purpose of this work is the development of methodological approach and practical recommendations for improving the distribution system of the company's products at points of sale. To achieve this goal, the following tasks are solved: analysis of the company's economic activities, analysis of the competitive environment and enterprise position in the market, analysis of logistics activities and organizational structure of the company, analysis of existing methods on this issue, development of methodological recommendations for solving identified problems in the chosen functional area of ​​the enterprise. The work is implemented on 75 pages and contains 19 figures and 14 tables.
