The efficiency of an organization reflects the management capacity, leadership quality and authority of its head. There are situations in which management decisions of head impact events and feelings that are outside of awareness, and he cannot understand the causes of repetitive behaviors, which grants him to achieve the intended purpose or result. Thus, the relevance of the work the availability of the need to use the strategy better understanding of these processes, the analysis of the personal history of a person, influencing his behavior – psychoanalytic coaching. In the theoretical part of the work of the preconditions of the psychoanalytic approach to coaching, reveals the features of psychoanalytic coaching as a unique method, highlighting the main areas and concepts. In the first part of the empirical study describes the psychoanalytic coaching work with heads of departments of the medical organization, which allows you to use the basic tools of the method: observation, interpretation, hypothesis generation, and working with resistance, transference and countertransference. Case of individual work shows how in the psychoanalytic coaching together with the client to work on "the solution to his problem." The second part describes the methodology of the statistical evaluation of the role held psychoanalytic coaching in the development of managerial and personal potential of managers method of "Semantic differential". The results of the study revealed significant differences between the control group and groups after exposure to psychoanalytic coaching on the basis of which it was possible to make a conclusion about significant role of psychoanalytic coaching in management development for heads and say with certainty that this method really is actual, prospective and current psychoanalytic Toolkit can be successfully applied in practice in the future.
