The topic of this paper is "Analysis of Problems and Improving the Company’s Marketing Strategy". The main characteristics of work: the number of pages is 91, 11 tables, 8 figures and 9 applications. During the process of writing the work, 50 sources were used, 10 of which are foreign. The object of the research is the "Beauty Land" store, and the subject of the researh is its marketing strategy. The main research question is how much effective the marketing strategy of the company is in the present market conditions and how it can be subjected to changes in order to function more effectively. The Graduation work includes such parts as introduction, a theoretical part, a practical part and a conclusion. In the introduction the goals and objectives of the study, the main research hypothesis, the object and subject of research, the relevance of the problem under consideration were established. The theoretical part is presented by one chapter that examines the theoretical basis of the study and its methodology. The practical part is presented by two chapters. The first chapter involves a description of the company and a analysis of its strategy, and the second provides recommendations for improving the strategy and calculation of the economic efficiency of decisions. In conclusion, the main results and forecasts for the future development of the company are presented.
