The developing of innovations is one of key elements for the company which would like to keep and strengthen the positions in the market. Innovations allow the company not only to create competitive advantages in the market, but also to react quickly on the changes in the internal environment, to develop dynamic abilities and to integrate new business processes into structure of firm. One of important components of innovative process is the assessment and risk management of innovative projects. In comparison with traditional forms of investment, investment into innovations, differ in the increased risk and profitability. For making decision on financing of the project, the investor needs to know not only the amount of financing and the predicted profit on the project, but also to estimate possible risks of the project and methods of management of these risks. Innovative projects are characterized by the greatest uncertainty, and risks of such projects strongly differ from simple investment projects as are connected, first of all, with scientific and market novelty. Speaking about hi-tech corporations which primary activity are innovations, It should be noted that much attention is paid to risk management, methodologies and control systems of risks are developed. What can't be told about the companies beginning start-up. Relevance of a subject consists in development of the methodology of risk management of the innovative project allowing to define the risks both menacing to effective implementation of the project and representing additional opportunities at implementation of the project for maximizing have arrived. The purpose of the master thesis – development of a complex control system of risks of the innovative project "Multirotor System of Landing".
