Resistance to Organizational Change as a Factor of Conflict in the Organization

The research aims to reveal key factors which are decisive in conflicts in the organizations when there are the processes of rebranding. On the basis of literature review on the topic of conflict in organizations the main aspect of this subject was revealed. This study contains with the system of main reasons for this problems and also the ways of solving or avoiding them.
