Development of Project Risks Monitoring System Based on Early Warning Indicators

The present thesis is devoted to the theme of risks monitoring based on early warning indicators. The first chapter contains a review of theoretical literature on the topic, including key principles of risk management and analysis of several methods of risks indicators development. The second chapter is devoted to the object of investigation - projects of tax policy at the Department of economic development of the Moscow Government. In terms of research a survey was conducteddevoted to identification of typical risks and development of predictive risk indicators. The third chapter contains a conceptual approach towards risk management monitoring which consists of several consequential steps and some common recommendations which can be adopted to any organization taking into consideration the specifics of organizational performance.
