New technologies have changed the world several times, and 30 years ago not business only but also many states and interstate organisations realized importance of innovations, the opportunities that open for economic development. New structures and institutions have been created and long-term plans and strategies have developed all over the world. It is important for the EAEU countries not to remain aloof from such tendencies. Using successful experiences of other countries can be a useful template. The aim of this master's thesis is to identify the ways of the EU's general scientific and technical policy and to determine the possibilities of their application in the EAEU.

The full text of a thesis can be published in open access on the HSE website only if the authoring student (copyright holder) agrees, or, if the thesis was written by a team of students, if all the co-authors (copyright holders) agree.
