In this research, we present a solution to lack of energy management in Russian companies. As energy efficiency is one of the key essentials towards sustainability, the development of an energy-resource efficient manufacturing system is among the great challenges facing the current worldwide industry. Therefore, absence of Russian analogues of this system makes this area the potentially in demand among Russian enterprises. It carried out a full analysis of the subject area, designed information energy management system which satisfies the requirements of international standard ISO 50001 and created a prototype tracking consumption of basic resources.
