Design Principles of the Franchise Network

The research covers the issue of developing the principles of running a franchise business in changing conditions and a methodology to determine them, including a list of used information, its sources and ways to describe it. Socio-economic factors and features of a company’s regional network were researched as cornerstones that influence the existing points of sale. Then the author evaluated the prospects of franchises’ locations in a variety of Russian regions, based on the information how both every region’s evolution and regional factors influence the business indicators. Also a new methodology has been worked out to evaluate the most promising points in chosen regions. The research defines the most significant areas of development and conditions of a franchise agreement.
