Strategy Development of a Company in Compliance with Changing External Environment

The paper is devoted to strategic analysis of a company and strategy development for successfull functioning within a market with changing environment. In the first chapter the theoretical aspects of strategic management are under consideration. The main definitions and strategy types are observed as well. In the second chapter macroenvironment and current activities of "JWedding" that is the object of the research are analysed. Based on theoretical and empirical research methods, a set of necessary measures was developed in the field of maintaining the image of the company and increasing the demand for the services provided. As a result of competitive analysis and market analysis, recommendations for the development of JWedding's business strategy are proposed.  The practical value of the final work is that the developed project can be used in the functioning of "JWedding" in Nizhny Novgorod.
