Determinants of IT Project Team Members' Mindfulness (Cross-cultural Research)

The following Master’s thesis describes the determinants of the IT projects team members’ mindfulness (cross-cultural research). The scientific gap within the study touches upon the problem of insufficient knowledge of the roles of organizational and psychological factors at forming a reliable project management in the area of IT. The purpose of the study is to identify the organizational and psychological determinants of the mindfulness of the IT projects team members as a factor that would allow improving the project management reliability. The first chapter of the study includes both domestic and foreign scientific researches devoted to the analysis of the role of mindfulness in management at the area of IT and High Reliability Organizations (HROs). The second chapter describes the methodology used in the research, the analysis of the empirical data gathered through regression analysis and also describes the interpretation of the obtained results. The third chapter contains recommendations in order to improve project management reliability through the implementation of mindfulness principles in the management of the IT projects team members. The volume of the Master’s thesis is: 99 pages, including 4 figures, 8 tables, 84 scientific sources.
