The Correlation Between Time Perspective and Professional Orientation of the Person

The object of the research is: temporal perspective and professional orientation of the personality. The subject of the research is: the relationship of temporal perspective and professional orientation of the personality. The document consists of the introduction, two theoretical chapters, one experimental chapter, the final conclusion and applications (methods). The introduction reveals the relevance of the study, raises the problem, the purpose and objectives of the study; defines the subject, the object of the research; identifies a hypothesis; indicates the methodological basis, its theoretical and practical significance. The Chapter first describes theoretical basis of the study. The work provides analysis of scientific approaches to the problem of temporal perspective of the personality and argues its position of the personality as an object of psychological study. The second Chapter presents theoretical foundations of the research of professional orientation of the personality and analyses the relationship between the professional orientation and the temporal perspective. The third Chapter is devoted to experimental study of the relationship of temporal perspective and the professional orientation of the personality. Detailed program of empirical research is done and the collected data is analysed. Main findings of the work are presented in the conclusion. They include: the results of grouping by age features in the context of different spheres of the individual; the analysis of the relationship between the temporal perspectives and the professional orientations of the individual; a hierarchical model of that relationship of the personality is composed on this base.
