Financial Sources for Investment of Reducing Green Gases Blowout in a Countries in Emerging Market Economies

In this work classification of tools and institutes of "green financing" as funding mechanism is carried out to emission reductions of park gases, features of the financial mechanism of carbon markets in different countries (list of participants, infrastructure) and its development on examples of existing trade systems are analysed, advantages and shortcomings of new tools and institutes of "green financing" are revealed (in particular, "green bonds", "green funds"), questions of financing of "green projects" are investigated.
